The development will be constructed in several phases. Phase One, which consists of 16 Hillside Apartments, was completed in December 2008 and Phase Two, which consists of 14 Hillside and 16 beachfront apartments was completed in December 2009. Phase 3 is scheduled to start early autumn 2010 and together with phase 4 will close out the development.
The facilities will include a Beachfront Restaurant and Beach Club, together with Swimming Pools, Gym and Tennis Courts.
