property management & rental program
It is proposed that a management company will administer and manage any property rentals on the resort. In exchange for a share of rental revenue the management company will market the resort, take reservations, operate the front desk, maintain the properties and provide the services which guests expect such as housekeeping, concierge and catering. After deductions for management and marketing costs, any net rental income for each property will be paid to its owner at regular intervals. The exact structure of the rental scheme is to be confirmed by the resort operator. Owners can use their properties themselves as often as they like.
