The studio suites will form the hotel residence area of Ocean’s Edge and owners receive a guaranteed rental income of 5% per year for 3 years, following handover, making them the perfect rental purchase. There is six weeks free use for owners, 3 weeks in high and 3 weeks in low season. Buildings 5 to 13 consist of one bedroom studio apartments. A furniture package is included in the purchase of these units.
Buildings 1 to 4 and 14 to 16 consist of two bedroom apartments on either ground or first floor. All apartments are well designed with spacious balconies and terraces, beautifully positioned around the large ornamental pool.
